Remembering Who We Really Are

A three-part journey into resonance, multidimensionality, and creative joy.

These gatherings are not about adding new information but about exploring perspectives that allow us to enter into states of remembrance  — states where resonance, presence, and joy carry us beyond problem-solving and into living harmony.

Through conversation, guided meditation, breath, sound, and movement, we will amplify the beautiful truth of who we really are, which is already fully alive within us, yet often still obscured beneath old habits of analyzing, strategizing, fixing, improving, releasing and clearing.

Our Three Gatherings

– Week One: The Nature of Remembrance — entering resonance beyond problem-solving, cultivating harmonic states of being.

– Week Two: Multidimensional Communication — opening to wisdom across aspects of our being.

– Week Three: Pleasure as Creation — remembering pleasure, joy and creative flow as the essence of life.

Format:            Offered both in-person (for those nearby) and on Zoom (for our global community).
Length:             90 minutes each.
Dates:               Zoom: three consecutive Wednesdays at 3pm EDT (10/8/25, 10/15/25, 10/22/25)

                            In person: three consecutive Saturdays at 2pm EDT (10/11/25, 10/18/25, 10/25/25)

Location:        The Buzz Ware Center in Arden, DE (for in person gatherings))
Investment:   $225 for all three gatherings

This is a three-part journey; each session builds upon the last. All Zoom calls will be recorded and links to the recording will be available within 24 hours of the gathering date.
